Welcome to NAJU TOFU
"Korean cuisine places a strong emphasis on fermentation and health. Representative dishes include kimchi, which, through fermentation, promotes the growth of beneficial microbes that are good for the body. Expressing beautiful colors in dishes, such as bibimbap, and offering healthy banchan, Korean cuisine provides foods that are not only visually appealing but also contribute to a healthy and refreshing feeling.”
“Unique aspect is the consumption of healthy broth made by simmering beef bones for an extended period. This bone broth, known as bone marrow, adds a rich and nutritious flavor to our dishes. A distinctive feature of Korean cuisine is that even after a meal, one can feel a sense of improved health.”
The chef, impressed by the originally delicious food in 'Naju' where his family roots originated, named the restaurant 'Naju'.
